OUR FOUNDER

Nicole YL Lee, our Founder and Corporate Trainer, is a HRD Corp Certified Trainer with over 24 years of corporate experience, including 16 years in human resource management and 8 years in corporate strategy. She is recognized for her practical, people-centered approach to training and her deep commitment as an ESG Advocate—promoting responsible and sustainable practices across the workplace.

 

With experience spanning public listed companies and SMEs, she brings a balanced and adaptable perspective to training delivery. Her sessions are tailored to meet the evolving needs of today’s organizations, especially in areas related to employee empowerment, sustainable business growth, and strategic leadership.
