ESG 180: The KPI Game Plan

OVERVIEW

This course equips participants with the tools to identify, set, and align ESG KPIs with business goals. Through guided activities and case studies, participants will learn how to turn ESG priorities into measurable targets that drive accountability and support company growth.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand the role of Sustainable KPIs in performance management.

• Design SMART KPIs aligned with organizational goals.

• Cascade KPIs across departments and roles.

• Apply tools and techniques for tracking and reviewing KPI performance.

PARTICIPANTS

This course is designed for professionals like departmental managers and/or team leaders, offering foundational understanding of performance management through KPI.

METHODOLOGY

The course uses interactive training methods including interactive presentation slides, group discussions and/or presentation as well as quizzes.

DURATION

The course will be conducted within 8 hours with 2 short breaks and lunch break of 1 hour.
